Google Apps no longer support the older browser

Google Apps for business users, Google's cloud services platform, including Gmail, Google documents, Google Sites and more. In order to provide more new features, Google today announced that beginning from August 1, Google Apps supports only the latest browsers, no longer support older browsers.

Google said the new browser is only supported in order to promote more new features, for example, Gmail's desktop notification, Google drag and drop files or upload a document, all of which need to support HTML5 browsers, older browsers can not provide the same high-quality services.

Starting from August 1, Google Apps supports the following four browsers (Opera and was gorgeous ignored):
- Chrome
- Firefox
- IE
- Safari

Of course, Google Apps supports only four more than the most current browser version and the previous major version of the older versions no longer supported. That is, starting from August 1, Google Apps supports Firefox 4.0, Firefox 3.6, no longer support Firefox 3.5; support IE9, IE8, no longer supports IE7; support for Safari 5.0, Safari 4.0, no longer supports Safari 3.0.

Using an old browser, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Talk, Google Documents and Google site, certain features will be a problem, these procedures may also lead to complete loss of response.
